Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – 8 weeks
This is an evening course, consisting of 8 weekly sessions from 6.30 to 8.30pm. The course also includes the option of joining a full day of guided practice, which will be held on a Saturday.

Transform Your Yoga Practice: Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation
A day of Yoga and Mindfulness practices to steady the heart and calm the mind, all set in the tranquil Northumberland countryside. You will be encouraged to challenge your beliefs, strengthen, relax and open your body and mind. The key emphasis will be on finding mindfulness within your yoga practice, and learning to let it flow into daily life. We’ll be having fun and letting go....into whatever unfolds!

Tailored Programmes from Living Mindfully
Mindfulness can be applied to all situations, and we devise and deliver a range of services tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
Some examples of this tailored provision might be:
- a one-hour introductory workshop for an event or conference;
- a half day or full day introductory workshop for a specified group (such as a work team);
- Workplace well-being programmes (including introductory sessions for managers);
- Input to a Team Building or Stress Management Day;
- Mindfulness-based coaching to individuals and groups;
- Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for individuals and groups.
