I came to mindfulness practice as someone who had an on/off interest in meditation over a number of years. Getting to the point of being “on” with mindfulness took time and effort. During my 8 week MBSR course and in my ongoing practice, I experienced first hand the benefits of regular mindfulness and have learned how a different relationship can be developed with feelings of stress, thoughts and emotions. I completed my Teacher Development Retreat with Bangor University, Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice in 2010 and now work with Living Mindfully as an associate teacher.
