The time Programme

An innovative programme that has at its core the use of mindfulness integrated with coaching. The programme encourages individuals to take personal responsibility for progressing their lives and encourages a wider perspective when viewing their available options.

Originally developed for the long term unemployed, the programme has been tailored specifically to encompass a far reaching client base.

The programme looks at Confidence, Self-Esteem, Negative Beliefs, Negative Emotions, Clarity of thinking, Communication, and Understanding and Accepting others. Developing the skills essential to leading a life that is authentic to the client, a life that is not just built on achievement but is also meaningful and fulfilling.

The content of the programme is also suitable for clients who suffer from mental health issues. Clients with anxiety disorder, panic attacks, depression and stress, have reported significant improvements from attending. The course was designed by Gary Heads and includes a 4 week mindfulness based coaching programme with the option of a 5 week mindfulness based stress reduction programme upon completion. A research paper evaluating 200 participants who attended the TIME programme as part of a Jobcentreplus initiative will be available in 2013.
