Tailored programmes from Living Mindfully
Mindfulness can be applied to all situations, and we devise and deliver a range of services tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
Some examples of this tailored provision might be:
- A one-hour introductory workshop for an event or conference
- A half day or full day introductory workshop for a specified group (such as a work team)
- Workplace wellbeing programmes (including introductory sessions for managers)
- Input to a Team Building or Stress Management Day
- Mindfulness Based Coaching to individuals and groups
