Anne Mooney

As a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist I enjoy my work immensely, and I find meeting and interacting with people particularly rewarding. I have always had a keen interest in the benefits of meditation and have used differing techniques for many years, often at a time of crisis or when experiencing stressful life events.

As part of my journey I discovered mindfulness meditation and completed both 5 and 8 week MBSR courses which have cemented my enthusiasm. I am now practicing mindfulness daily and incorporating my learning into my daily life, and I’m very pleased to be sharing the journey with others by assisting on Living Mindfully courses.
